Financial Statement Preparation
Sometimes a formal set of financial statements is required which pulls together your financial results and presents them in accordance with professional standards in an easily-readable format. This is also known as a “Compilation” or “Notice to Reader” engagement because they are based upon information provided by the client and no assurance is expressed. A Compilation does not need to be done by a large, expensive accounting firm.
Financial statements are required for filing a corporation’s tax return. They may also be requested by your bank, shareholder or investors.
The staff at TCP take pride in making sure you understand the meaning behind the numbers on your financial statement so you can make informed management decisions about your company.
